Retired: notebooks are not submitted through the API. A notebook is submitted by running it in its workspace: open the workspace and use «Submit notebook». The notebook runs in a clean environment (in a code competition, on the hidden test without network) and the predictions it writes are submitted.

After the token is checked, this operation answers 410 with error_code notebook_submissions_moved_to_workspace_runs. It reads no body and calls no service.
